Warranty Terms

RACKSYNC CO., LTD. warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Functional failures under normal operating conditions
  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by lightning, power surges, or electrical faults
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel
  • Damage from operation outside specified environmental conditions
  • Consumable components (batteries, fuses, etc.)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact RACKSYNC support with proof of purchase
  2. Provide the product serial number and a description of the defect
  3. Ship the product to RACKSYNC for inspection (prepaid by sender)
  4. RACKSYNC will repair or replace the product at its discretion

Limitation of Liability

RACKSYNC CO., LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. The maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
